PAY DAY!!

Hey guys! Im new here I've been working as a CM for 4 months now & I still havent got paid I have been told i've given them the wrong info, but when I ring bank for IBAN & SWIFT CODE they tell me that same digits. There is one other CM with the same problem as me. All they keep saying is we'll run a trace but nothing ever gets done! Is there anything I can do about it? I am literally pulling my hair out here as with two kids its been a tough few months. I am currently looking for a new job but had no luck so far. If any of you guys can help in anyway i'd be really greatful as I really don't know what to do, I love this job Thank you soooooo much guys. (I don't want to put what site im working on as im worried about any backlash of any sort i might get)xxxx

I'm sorry you are having problems. It's such a shame that this is happening when you have just started at the site.

Can you ask the site for the details they have for you? It could be that they have recorded it down wrong. If there is more than you with the same problem please invite them to post too!

It would be much easier to try and resolve if we knew the name of the site, but I respect the fact that you still want a job at the end of the day!!

I've been going through a similar situation for almost a year now. They changed us to getting paid once a month and at first our pay was arriving in our bank around the 7th of each month. Each month it got later and now this month today is the 23rd and only part of the people have been paid. We were told back in October when our pay didn't arrive until the 20th that our pay would come by the 15th of each month. Then in December were told on or about the 15th. Now it is the 23rd and nothing.

I asked the site owner about it and he said that some wires went "missing" and he was looking into it - odd that some people who's pay didn't come with the rest in December were told the same thing and they cannot provide any proof the wire was sent to start with.

When you take a CM job beware, ask questions and be sure of their stability. I have a new job after almost 8 years with that company so my struggle is almost over but I'm terrified and getting deeper in debt every day that it doesn't appear. I am a widow and have a mortgage and bills to pay on my own but this doesn't seem to matter to that man as well as one of the other girls that is a single mother with kids to feed. And quite frankly since we're in the USA and they're not I don't see anything I can do about it other than pray daily it appears.
