What happens when you apply for a CM Job on WhichCM?
After a few complaints on email, and a few on the FaceBook Page regarding our CM Jobs section. I thought it would be best to write a blog about how to go about applying for vacancies on WhichCM.
If you were not aware, we have a really busy CM Jobs section where any bingo site can post a vacancy. Our visitors can then apply for any job after signing up as an ‘applicant’. Check out our jobs section here: http://www.whichcm.com/recruitment/
For each vacancy that we advertise, we quite literally track hundreds of applicants. To give you an idea of how many, we recently had 327 responses, for a job that was only up a week! This just goes to show how popular these jobs are.
What many of you will also be unaware of is that we have no control over the job advertisement itself. It is put there by the bingo site itself and all applications are sent directly to them. Of course we can edit the content and on occasions have completely removed them, but generally we leave it to the site owners.
We do advise sites to try and respond to everyone, but as they receive so many applications, during a busy work load, it isn’t always possible for them to reply to each and every person individually.
I do apologise to anyone who doesn’t receive a reply, but always remember it is out our hands, and the sites advertising are extremely busy people. They will always be thankful to anyone who applies for any vacancies, although they can’t personally respond to you.
I hope this clears up a few facts about WhichCM job advertising.

I think you’ve nailed it there. I’m not sure that people even understand how tough it is getting accepted into a CM program. It’s tons of work and there are tons of applicants. I’ve had a good many on my site applying for various bingo rooms that I have listed on the site. But for the most part – selection is limited to small group of candidates. Thanks Evie – Jeremy –
