She has such away about her that she makes each player feel very special.She is helpful to the regular players as well as the newbees. She is always alert and if a problem arises she handles it in a professional way. I enjoy playing in her room even if miss bertha doesn't want to give me a red card in 8 hours, it doesn't matter i still enjoy playing and lol with cmlucy.
