Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.

My name is Goldie on line. I have my Grandma’s name; she was a very inspirational person to me when I was younger. Although I tell the roomies that I am the “Golden One” lol. I have 2 children. They’re 12 years apart…thought I would have my babysitter before I had my second child. Lol. I live in Ohio and worked in the dental field since… ummm birth, I think.

Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?

I have been a chat host for almost a year now. September will be 1 full year! Who’d a thought?..lol. Roomies tell me there still time for them to boot me!!

Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?

I have only had 2 employers in my life, and believe me….that’s a lonnng time, but my employer had passed away suddenly. That was pretty much an eye opener for me. I was searching the internet for employment, and decided I needed a break. I came upon the bingo site, instead of playing I applied for a cm job. BingoBingo.com (CyberBingo Network) took a chance with me!

Q4: What do you like most about the job?

Oh my goodness, there’s not just one thing I like about my job! 1st is the roomies!! These are people I would have never known, had I not got this job as cm. They are fantastic! You spend hours with them, and sometimes it’s like sitting at the kitchen table with a cup of coffee or tea and talking about their families and jobs. 2nd is how well the site is run. It makes a cm job very easy.

Q5: What is the worst part of the job?

Negativity in the room. Sometimes a new roomie will come in and start complaining they haven’t won, they may have only been there for a couple of games, and you have roomies that been there all morning.

Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?

With the chat games I have…I think poke Bertha’s I’s, Yin Yang and Yahtzee. Those are the games roomies get the most bb’s.

Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?

There have been so many funny things happen in my room! That I’ve laughed so hard, my son would come in the room to see if I was alright! You get certain roomies in the room (blondiepoo, fishstick, gonfishn and last but not least the “loooooose cannon” trophy7) and you have the true “roomies gone wild”!!!
But just the other night, I was telling roomies that I will be here almost a year, and haven’t been fired yet..One roomie spoke up (kythuff) and said “nights still young..keep checking your email” lol.

Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?

The roomies! I have cried with them, prayed for them, and laughed soooo hard that I couldn’t see or breathe!! Sense of humor. Willing and wanting to listen about their families and life. Being able to bring a roomie up when they’re down, especially when you realize they’ve had a bad day. That is so rewarding to me. Another thing would be is how well the site is run. I work on a site, BingoBingo.com (CyberBingo Network) and the site is run so professionally, that it makes my job so much easier to be a good host.

Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?

I would like to see it to continue to grow. Maybe different games. A place where someone can sit, relax and just enjoy life for a moment without worries, and win a couple dollars for having fun.

Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?

Oh my gosh! I would love to thank the CyberBingo Network for taking a chance with me!! Like I said my past employer was very special in my life, I would love to thank, asst manager, Melissa and manager, Robin for believing in me. And of course the roomies!!! They will thank me before they leave the room, but the thanks go to them, they make me want to come to work! I really love them all!
