Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.

I have 3 brothers - Kyle 17, Josh 21, and Ryan 27. I live in Milton Ontario because I hate the busyness of the city. I started working as a CM when I was in college for Advertising and Design and I have enjoyed every minute of it.

Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?

BingoRoom Network was my first CM job and I started right after my 22nd birthday. I'm Now 25 so it's almost 4 years now.

Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?

I’m bingo crazy lol. I actually played bingo to help pay my bills while I was in between jobs and going to school. As you can imagine it wasn’t going so well so I talked to a few CM’s about job’s. I started applying to every site I could find until I got a call back.

Q4: What do you like most about the job?

I love helping the players when they are having a problem. It always makes me feel really good if I can find the answers they are looking for. Some of the players I have now I’ve had in my room since I started. It really is a great way to get to know people, plus working from home is a good bonus. I think I own more PJ’s then normal clothes now lol.

Q5: What is the worst part of the job?

I think every CM hates the days when the room isn’t happy. Weather it’s a site problem or someone being rude or disrespectful it always brings the mood down. It’s really hard to make everyone happy when all you can do is type to them.

Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?

I love working the disco room. We play Music Trivia and I play bartender giving all the roomies “shots”. The roomies really let loose and we laugh our butts off.

Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?

I can't just pick one funny thing... But, when you go into a room and everyone (CM included) is having a ball... Funny things can’t help but happen. You end up leaving the hour with a smile on ur face and a tummy in so much pain you feel like you just did 1000 crunches.

Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?

I think a CM has to be aware and well informed of what is going on each day on their site. They also have to have a lot of patience. If you’re good to your players they will try to always be good to you.

Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?

I’d like to see online bingo open up again for the U.S players. I’m so happy that we still have some sites that are open to them but in the future maybe “real” casinos can get involved and open up sites so we can all play together again.

Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?

Due to the changes in laws and such over the last few months, we lost a few of our great CM’s. I just want to tell them that we love them and miss them all. BRN is not the same with out them and I want them to know that we are thinking about them.
