Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.

My real name is Lisa better known as CM-Latte to everyone at BingoCafe. I love spending time with my family, cuddling with our cat, Tiger, and training in martial arts.

Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?

I have been a CM for 3 years now with BingoCafe which I absolutely love!

Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?

I had been looking for a way to stay home with my kiddos and not have to go back to punching a time-clock. The more I played bingo online I realized that being a CM was something that I really wanted to do. I placed an ad on CM of the Year, and as they say, the rest is history.

Q4: What do you like most about the job?

I love the wonderful people that I work with and all of our wonderful players. Each day I look forward to going to work because I know that I will be spending time with some of the greatest people in the world!!!

Q5: What is the worst part of the job?

I don't like having to be the 'meanie' when someone gets out of line. I like everyone to have a great time and laugh with me. It really puts me in a down mood when I have to put my foot down and act like "Mom" of the room.

Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?

All of them!!! We have awesome chat games at BingoCafe with super bonuses! I love them all!

Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?

A couple of players decided I needed a new nickname after they asked me about my weekend a few months back. After telling them that I had had a good weekend and had enjoyed a couple of drinks with my hubby while watching movies, they decided my name should be CM-Lushie. To this day, the name has stuck and they always call me by that new name. Of course, I have new nicknames for them too!! LOL!!!

Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?

Patience, patience, patience!! Oh, and did I mention patience?!!! That is something that is so key to being a good CM. Players are always full of questions and without having the patience to answer all of those questions one wouldn't make it. Beyond that a great personality, a kooky sense of humor and a great ear for listening when needed.

Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?

I'd like to see online bingo become as popular as land based bingo. My biggest pet peeve is for someone to come in and believe that online bingo is all a bunch of trickery!! It doesn't take long for players to realize that it is for real, with incredible prizes to be won! I love to see everyone win and have seen many awesome jackpots won by our great players!! Nothing can make me happier than seeing them do well.

Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?

I LOVE BingoCafe! I work with the most awesome group of people and have made the most wonderful friends there. BingoCafe is my second home and family. I thank my lucky stars each day for being a part of such a great place!!
