Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.

My name is Sue. I have been married for almost 11 years to a wonderful man and I have 2 great children. Both girls, ages 9 and 3. I am also a bartender at a local restaurant, which is why I only work a few nights at bingoworkz. I enjoy spending time with my family.

Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?

I have been a chat leader for almost a year at bingoworkz.

Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?

I was asked 4 years ago by friends of mine who were starting up a bingo site called bingoworkz, but, due to a family tragedy I did not stay long. However, last summer they called me back up and asked me to join the team again!!!

Q4: What do you like most about the job?

I love all the roomies and people I work with. I think that it's very important that everyone gets along and helps each other out. I love meeting people from all over the world. Also, that my job allows me to stay at home with my kids and not have to leave them.

Q5: What is the worst part of the job?

I can't really think of a part of my job that I don't like.

Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?

My favorite games are of course the ones that give away a lot of bbz. 'Cause after all that's what makes the roomies happy and keeps them coming back for more!!

Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?

The funniest thing that happened to me was one night when I was on shift there was a new player that came in. I welcomed them to bingoworkz and told her how to play her free games to try out the site. When her free games were over she kept asking me how to get her money in bingoworkz. I tried to explain the deposit methods we had, but, she wanted to put her $50 in a slot and kept saying she couldn't find the slot in her computer to put the $50 in. All I kept thinking was, "omgggg I can't be laughing at this poor person". But, I couldn't help it. We were all dying laughing. Come to find out it was a friend of mine who came in to try the site. So, the joke was on me!!

Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?

I think what makes a good chat host is the ability to do many things at once. Keeping people happy, running chat games, and answering questions. You need to make each player feel that they are the only one. We are the front line of the bingo sites and what we do or how we act is a direct reflection on the site. If we aren't doing a good job people won't want to come back. If we are doing a great job then you know they will keep returning!!

Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?

I can only see it getting better and bigger!!

Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?

I just think its great to be able to have a job that I work out of the house and don't have to leave my kids!!
