Here at WhichCM we love online bingo chat moderators and the great job they do for us, the players. But how good are these people that we have come to rely on as part of the bingo game? On a regular basis we will be dropping in, unannounced, into a bingo room and taking a closer look at how well (or not) the CM's on duty at the time is doing in their job. We will then report back on the CM's performance.

The Review
As I was browsing WhichBingo I came across Bingo Giving, so thought I would give it a try and see what the site is all about. I joined and became a new player.Of course as a new player you like to room hop often to see what each room is about and if it is chatty (Dependant on if you are a chatter), but I stopped in the room Tmac was working in. He started in Access All Areas and the moved over to another room.
As I entered into both of Tmac's rooms I was welcomed with the usual welcome message you see on all Dragonfish sites. They are not all the same, they are personally done by the chat host. Tmac's was great, and very welcoming.
Throughout my stay in his room, he did welcome some players back, and said hi to some, how ever he didn't do this with everyone. I noticed a lot of players were in and out, and can completely understand why Tmac (or any other host) would stop saying it after been ignored so many times.
The reason I liked been in Tmac's room was because he was so chatty to everyone and liked a good chat with his players. No matter if the conversation was exciting or not he always joined in.
Every winner was named with a big smiley face, but Tmac went all out for the house winner with a huge thumbs up macro congratulating them.
During my stay, I saw many promotions in chat. They were explained nicely and were all dated so you didn't have to ask when/where/what. They weren't posted to often or not enough.
The only downfall while I was here was, not all questions were answered. I personally asked questions, and wasn't answered which made me feel a bit ignored. Some were answered and were answered quickly and efficiently, but some were ignored. I am not sure how they could have been missed because chat wasn't overly busy. :(
No problems at all while I was playing at Bingo Giving.
Summary
My overall experience was good. Welcoming, chatty, and informational. If more questions were answered then it would have been perfect. :)FINAL POINTS
