Here at WhichCM we love online bingo chat moderators and the great job they do for us, the players. But how good are these people that we have come to rely on as part of the bingo game? On a regular basis we will be dropping in, unannounced, into a bingo room and taking a closer look at how well (or not) the CM's on duty at the time is doing in their job. We will then report back on the CM's performance.
The ReviewEating my dinner, I thought Tasty Bingo would be the perfect way to spend my dinner hour. As I browsed about a little bit I ended up staying in the Hot Chocolate room to find CH Archer working. I was welcomed with a big welcoming message. Most of us know now these are preset messages that come with the software, but it felt really welcoming. Every so often Archer would welcome people back into the room and wish them luck, although this wasn't very often. Again he can't be blamed as players are in and out so often.
Archer chatted away normally, even asked me if I only played free rooms because it was my first time depositing! This wasn't the case, and I did say so, but we joked about it and had a good laugh. He chatted away on and off to anyone who spoke in chat. Even on quiet spells he tried his best to chat to everyone :)
All questions asked of Archer, he answered them all very quickly and efficiently. He seemed to know a lot about the site which was great to see.
All winners were congratulated after every game, roomie or not. They were all named personally with a big fancy macro!
Archers promotional skills were really good. He let us all know in detail the on going and upcoming promotions. Some sounded great :)
SummaryMy overall experience was great, chatty and fun! Archer covered everything with great skill.
