The Review

I was browsing a few sites this week, when I came across Ladbrokes Bingo. It looked like a friendly site, so I signed up and browsed the rooms a little bit and came across a room that looked crazy called 'Who Wants To Be A Millionaire'.

As soon as I entered the room I was welcomed by CM Joey. I said hello back, and he asked how I was, which was really nice because not many people ask that in chat rooms. As my time went on Joey said hello to every player entering and anyone who answered back he asked how they were.

Joey was really chatty and polite to everyone. You felt really at home here. He had a good laugh and chatted to everyone who was involved in a conversation.

Joey always congratulated winners. Not always by name but he made you feel good about winning. He never just put 'WDW' or 'Well Done Winner', there was always a 'woooohooo' well done winner, or something on similar lines that made every win feel special.

All questions asked of Joey were answered very quickly and efficiently. Every player seemed happy with their answers. All answers were explained in a simple manner and very understandable.

Throughout my stay, Joey put odd promotions in chat. He did it so you didn't feel drowned with them so you ignored. He promoted them enough to take notice without having to leave your game and read up about them.

There were no problems on my visit.

Summary

My overall experience was great, friendly and chatty. I would recommend visiting Ladbrokes when Joey is working. He made you feel at home.
