Being a relative newbie to the cm world the best advice I can give is... you gotta be just a little nuts ;) xxx

Well a pair of good ears is a must, to listen and care with. A sense of humour and prob a box of tena's!

To know your job well is also a must as you cant help roomies if you dont know it, but most of all remember to have FUN.

Take 2 hands, add a drop of humour, a splash of understanding and patience mix with friendly roomies, simmer for a few games of bingo and you have baked yourself one happy room!

I think the kind of person to be a good cm should have a few qualities such as: bubbly personality, caring, understanding, a good listener, good friend and of course CRAZY! But on the other hand, a good cm also is the type of person who knows when to draw the line, be fair to all and help the roomies (spesh newbies) by keeping all updated on whats going on around the site weekly. If someone is the type of person who gets bored easily, then a cm job is not for them. Its important being a good cm 2 keep your room going and enjoy what you do and make sure your roomies are enjoying it too. xx
