What is the ‘CM Jobs’ section?
The Which CM.com ‘CM Jobs’ section is the industry’s first chat room staff recruitment service. This part of our website has been setup to help introduce employers and wannabe (or experienced) CMs. WhichCM.com is not actively involved with the placement of CMs, instead this section of our website acts as a platform for employers and applicants to meet.
Applicants
I want to become a CM, what should I do?
The first thing you should do is register an account with our Chat Manager Jobs department. On the registration form you will be able to select whether you want your details to be displayed live on our Bingo Chat Jobs Wanted board. Checking the ‘Show on site’ checkbox will ensure that your details are live on site and accessible by Employers for up to 30 days.
Also, once registered, feel free to browse our Current Vacancies board. Here Employers regularly post their chat room staff vacancies. As a member, you can apply for these vacancies, by clicking the ‘Apply for this position’ link.
How do I register?
Applicants can sign up by completing the chat host membership form. Don’t forget to check the ‘Show on site’ checkbox, if you want your details to appear on our Bingo Chat Jobs Wanted board.
After completing the membership form, you will receive a Validation Email containing an activation link which you will have to click on to activate your membership.
I have registered, but can’t login.
After completing the membership form you will receive an activation link via email. Make sure you have clicked this link to activate your account. If you have not received your activation email, please contact us. Note: make sure you check your junk box or spam folder before contacting us.
If you have forgotten your login details, again please contact us.
I have registered, but I want to change my details.
If you want to make any changes, please log in and select "Edit My Profile" from the login panel. You will be able to update all your details except your username and email address. You must contact us if you wish to change either of these details.
Is there a Jobs Wanted board?
Yes, our Bingo Chat Jobs Wanted board has details of members who are interested in becoming a CM.
How do I post my interest on the Jobs Wanted board?
If you want to appear on our Jobs Wanted board, you must first register and check the ‘Show on site' checkbox on the membership form. Your details will appear on the board for up to 1 month.
How long will my details be listed on CM Jobs Wanted board? Can I repost my details?
Initially your details will appear on our Jobs Wanted board for up to 1 month. After this if you want your details to be displayed for longer please log in and select "Edit My Profile" from the login panel. Your profile page will show the date after which your details will no longer be displayed on the Jobs Wanted board. If you would like your profile to be displayed for another month select the checkbox at the bottom of the Edit My Profile page.
How do I remove my post from the CM Jobs Wanted board?
If you want to remove your details from the Jobs Wanted board simply log in, select "Edit My Profile" from the login panel and select "No" for Show on site.
Where can I find some CM Vacancies?
Our Current Bingo Job Vacancies board details different chat room staff vacancies as posted by Employers themselves. You can find our Current Vacancies board here.
How do I apply for a CM job?
In order to apply for a vacancy you must first register and be logged in. Then to apply for a vacancy click the ‘Apply for this position’ link. You will then be prompted to fill in any further information that may be applicable to the specific vacancy. Your details will then be sent directly to the site representative who is dealing with the vacancy.
I’ve applied for a CM job but not heard back from them yet. What should I do?
WhichCM.com will not enter into any correspondence concerning specific applications. Please note that it is often the case that you will not be contacted should your application be unsuccessful.

First of all, let us be the first to congratulate you! WTG!!! There are a number of things you now need to do:
- Please contact us so we can remove your details from the Jobs Wanted board. We may even feature you on our testimonials page.
- Make sure you sign up to receive our free monthly CM Newsletter, exclusively for CMs.
- Send us your pic! Contact Us.
- Finally, don’t forget to remind your roomies to come to Which CM and vote for you! Hopefully we’ll see you on our leader board very soon.
Employers
I have a CM vacancy, what should I do?
First of all you must register as an Employer. Then once registered and logged in, you can post your vacancy.
How do I register?
Complete our Employers registration form here. You will receive a Validation Email containing a validation link. Click on this link to validate your email address. Your account will then be processed pending approval by our moderating team. Should you have any difficulties, please contact us.
How do I post a CM Vacancy?
Once registered and logged in you can post your CM vacancy.
How long will the vacancy be live online for?
Your vacancy will appear live on our Current Vacancies board for up to 30 days. After this period you can add another month to the display date by logging in and choosing "View My Job Ads" from your login menu. You will be presented with a list of all the job vacancies you have posted. From here you can choose to display your ad for another month or choose to delete any of your job vacancies from the site.
We have filled the vacancy and need to remove the post.
Log In and choose "View My Job Ads" from your login menu. You will be presented with a list of all the job vacancies you have posted. From here you can choose to delete any of your job vacancies from the site or choose to display your ad for another month if the end date of an advertisement has passed.
How do I make changes to the vacancy?
If you would like to make any changes to the vacancy, please contact us with the necessary information.
