Being a secretary for a few years has taught me a considerable amount of knowledge about using these programmes, as well as being able to communicate efficiently and effectively, on the phone or in person. I would also like to stress my internet connection, I am currently running at 7.2MB, and hope to increase this speed throughout the year.
