Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.

I am 6.2 blue eyes well built sort off lol... Most of my life I have worked with people I have been a soldier, a coastguard, a fundraiser, a children’s entertainer. I have a lovely wife and its my second time round. I am a father to 7 now AND I LOVE MY LIFE.

Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?

I have been a host of sorts for 9 years. This includes; online pool, canasta and different online lG's. I have only been a bingo host 8 months.

Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?

I was in the bingo one day having fun and generally chatting. I must have done something right as Chica approached me to see if I was interested in being a host. Of course that was decided by her and I’m glad she did.

Q4: What do you like most about the job?

I like the liveliness of the job and the interaction between players and CH's. It's fun to do and I feel honoured to be in a position to do it. The people I have met consider me a friend. We talk and know each other and they know if you're not feeling good as you do them too it's a very strange but great relationship. I have made good friends with the other hosts too - they are all great people.

Q5: What is the worst part of the job?

Oh hum!! Well dare I lol... I hate to boot people from rooms. Although it is needed at times, most people can be turned with a decent chat. But then there are some that can't and we can't have rooms upset but I still don’t like to ban.

Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?

I love to play broom upper n lower buddy and tag a pal and I love happy hours too.

Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?

As I was leaving one day I was telling the next host to have a great SHIFT and I miss-spelt shift. I have never lived it down! Most of the hosts have it copied and it gets shown to me very often in fun.

Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?

Understanding people, creating a good balance, not jumping in feet first till you see the whole thing, Talk TO your roomies not AT them and mostly have as much fun as possible. We're all friends and love to laugh. After all its the best medicine. Oh, and I’m crazy anyway so I like crazy people. Friendly banter is a must.

Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?

A good forum would be nice and also more rooms with cheap games and friendly players.

Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?

Being a CH is one of the best jobs you can do. You're either popular or not, either way you are there to make things as much fun for all concerned and that includes your fellow CH's.
