Q1: Tell us a little bit about you.

I am 39. Soon to be the big 40 in February. I live in Somerset and I have a wonderful husband of 15 years and 1 son and 1 daughter who is going to make me the Grooviest nanny around I am so excited about that.

Q2: How long have you been a Chat Host?

I have been a chat host for over two years at bingos.co.uk

Q3: How did you become a Chat Host?

I joined bingos.co.uk as a player and saw the cms in action and thought that looks like great fun and thought I would apply to become a host which I did. I never expected to get the post but CM Allie gave me a chance and the opportunity and I have never looked back.

Q4: What do you like most about the job?

I just love the job very much. I look forward to seeing the roomies, I have met and worked with some wonderful people. They have become part of my life (as we are the life to some of them). We have a great community of roomies. We have the best roomies around - some are wicked, some are the naughty funniest I have ever seen. They make the job so worthwhile. We share our lives; the good, the bad, all comes with it. We play together. We cry together. We laugh together mostly.

Q5: What is the worst part of the job?

The worst part of the job is when we get people in the room who just come in to try and upset the roomies and be rude to fellow players. I own a pair of shinny steel-toe-cap boots and, if I need to, after a warning or two I will boot those who do this to my roomies. I don't like using them boots as it dirties them. If I have to boot it also means another polishing job lol.

Q6: Which are your favorite chat room games?

We have many games at bingo's. They change every month. My faves are the tourney games - especially theme tourneys. The cms make them fun and roomies participate in the tourneys. That makes them so much more fun.

Q7: What is the funniest thing that has ever happened whilst you have been in a chat room?

There have been many funny things happen since I been there. The funniest thing that really stays close to my heart is when one of my roomies decided she was going to have her baby one Sunday morning during the regular tourney. While playing the tourney she goes into labour, I was cm and acting midwife for 3 hours! lol. She stayed till the end of the tourney and 2 hours later had her baby she calls me Aunty Groovy lol.

Q8: What makes a good Chat Host?

A Good chat host is someone who listens to all the roomies, shows compassion, is sincere with players, acknowledges the players when they come in, lets them know we know they are there, help them understand how chat games work, has a good knowledge of the site, treats everyone as equals, and most of all to be happy and have as much fun and laughter as you possibly can and have 10 pairs of eyes lol.

Q9: How would you like to see online bingo (as a whole) develop?

I would like to see all sites treat people as equals. No matter what site you're on show no favouritism.

Q10: Any other comments that you'd like to add about being a Chat Host?

Online bingo is growing fast and there is a whole community out there. I live at bingos.co.uk with my family of roomies and fellow cms. I would like to say thanks to CM Allie for giving me the opportunity to be part of so many lives and in particular I would like to give thanks to my roomies who make my job what it is and what has kept me there for over 2 years. It's one of the best posts I have ever had. I love everything about it and would not want to change a thing.
